Questions About Self Service Laundry:

We open at 6 a.m. and close at 10:00 p.m.  The last wash is at 8:30 p.m.

We have two 80 pound machines and lots of triple loaders and 40 pound machines.

There is plenty of parking in our shopping center.

No problem.  We vend soap.

We are attended all of the time.

Questions About Fluff and Fold Laundry Services:

At this time, we are servicing the following areas: 

  • El Segundo, Gardena, Carson, Compton, Hawthorne, Hermosa Beach, Inglewood, Lawndale, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, and Torrance. 

We also service college students on campus. If you don't see your neighborhood, e-mail us at superlaundrygardena@gmail.com to add your name and location to our waist list.

$2.10 per pound, with free pickup and delivery. Comforters, quits and large blankets are charged per item, not per pound.

In-store drop off is $1.80 per pound. Same surcharge as above for large individual items.

Yes, our minimum dollar amount for pickup and delivery is $40. In-store is $15. 

Trash bags work best or any kind or cinchable bag! Don't worry about labeling or tagging your bags, our driver will do that for you!

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept baskets or laundry hampers.

Absolutely! We will ensure your hanging items are returned back to you on your own hangers.

If personal hangers are not sent in, Super Laundry will provide wire hangers at NO additional cost!

Pickup & Delivery - Whichever day you schedule it for. 

At checkout, you will have the option to purchase a $9 Super Laundry bag for convenient transporting of your clothing. You do NOT need a Super Laundry bag. We accept any bag, including trash bags with your dirty laundry. 

*A Super Laundry bag holds 40 lbs of laundry with dimensions of 30" x 40". 

No, we never wash or dry your items with anyone else's. 

No you don't have to. You can leave the sorting for us to handle. 

Your pick up/drop off location should be a safe and secure location where you feel comfortable leaving your personal items. While this is different for everyone, customers often leave their orders at their front door, on their porch, or inside a secure, gated area. Please note that our drivers are not able to enter any privately owned spaces or residences, so they are not able to enter your home, apartment, car, garage, etc. 

Hey, we get it! These things happen. We send email and text reminders to help make sure you don’t forget, but life can sometimes get in the way. To compensate your driver’s time, there will be a $10 missed pick-up fee. We can reschedule the pick-up for the following week - on your normal route day.

Our software will notify you when our driver will arrive. 

You can have your clothing ready in a bag of your choice (garbage bags or reusable).  Please also make sure to double check your pockets! Super Laundry is NOT responsible for items lost in the wash or damaged by things left in pockets (chapstick, crayons, markers, pens, lipstick, gum, etc).

From there our laundry experts will handle your dirty laundry while your time is freed up to do other things. 

Your driver will bring everything back to you neatly folded and on hangers on your scheduled delivery date. A text will be sent when your clothes are en route and again once your delivery has been made. 

When setting up your account, you are able to enter special drivers instructions as well as your preferences on how to wash your clothing. (low heat, cold water etc)

It is our routine to hang collared shirts, button up shirts, dresses, hooded sweatshirts, blouses, sweaters and slacks/dress pants. If you have a request for something else to be placed on a hanger, just let us know. If you’d like us to use your hangers, just send them in your laundry (separate bag as to not damage your clothes). 

Of course! We do light stain removal. Please place all stained clothing in a separate bag and let us know by including a note in the bag or on your laundry profile and we’ll do our best to get it out. It is very useful to know the exact source of each stain, since the best treatment will vary by the type of stain and the fabric type. While we’re usually successful at removing stains, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to get it out. If you can pretreat the stains before putting the garment in the bag, it will increase the odds of success.

No, we will do that for you. If you are wanting an estimate, you can use your scale at home by weighing yourself and then weighing yourself holding the laundry. The weight of your clothing is done after it's been washed and dried using our trade certified scale.

At this time, there are a handful of items that we cannot accept for cleaning due to the nature of the item or the risk they may pose to our team. We cannot accept the following items for cleaning:

Contaminated items (We cannot accept items that may pose a risk to the safety of our team and/or the items of other customers cleaned in the same facility. These include items that have been contaminated with): 

  • Bodily fluids from a human or pet
  • Excessive pet hair
  • Moisture if the item is still wet or damp
  • Mildew
  • Bedbugs
  • Poison ivy or poison oak oils
  • Hazardous chemical residue

Specialty care clothing items (These clothing items require specialty care that falls outside of our area of expertise): 

  • Wedding dresses
  • Vintage clothes (in some cases)
  • Costumes
  • Hats/Headwear
  • Shoes
  • Fur & Animal products (feathers, fur coats)
  • Purses/handbags

If you have a wreath hanger on your front door, we will hang your clothes there. If not, we will hang it on your front door knob or railing etc. Both your hanging items and folded items will be protected in plastic garment bags. 

No, sorry we do not offer ironing service.
